Crispy Chilli beef-
Ingredients;
300g beef (I used stir fry beef that's thinly sliced)
3tbsp cornflour mixed with 2tsp Chinese five spice powder

Cooked noodles to serve
• Toss the beef in the cornflour & five spice. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok add the beef and fry until crisp and golden.
Place the beef on some kitchen towel to drain, then discard all but 1tbsp of the oil.
• Stir fry the pepper, chilli, ginger & garlic for 3 minutes in the remaining oil.
Mix the vinegar, soy, ketchup & chilli sauce with 2tbsp water in a jug & pour over the veg, simmer for 2 minuets add beef back to pan & toss well to coat. Serve with egg noodles.
