Harrys first week of school in lunchboxes!!

So Harry has survived his first week of school!
More to the point I've survived a week of making packed lunches for him & further more his lunchbox has returned home empty EVERY day!
I kept it quite simple for his first week but I've got lots of other ideas to keep him interested in the contents of his lunchbox!
Any more suggestions are VERY welcome :)
I've got a little ideas list on my fridge for different things to add;
Quesadilla
Pasta
Boiled egg
Homemade fairy cakes
Pitta pizzas
Do your children take a packed lunch to school?
