Its the first day of the summer holidays for us so I need to get back on track & organised!!
Here are our meals for the week;
Monday - Sweet and sour pork stir fry with noodles
Tuesday - Lemon & Dill salmon with new potatoes and peas
Wednesday - Chicken Balti with rice and Nann bread
Thursday - Sausages, sweet potato wedges and veg
Friday - Risotto (probably chorizo and pea)
