~Christmas Gift Ideas for a 1 year old Boy~

If your still on the look out for christmas gifts for little ones....then there may be something in this post that catches your eye.
Freddie turned 1 a month ago & got lots of lovely gifts which I thought would be perfect to put into a christmas gift list.
So here goes.......
1. Mega Bloks First Builders Tiny 'N Tuff Race 'N Chase Rig- I hadnt actually come across this range from mega bloks before. This lorry is fab, nice & chunky for little hands & comes with two buildable /interchangeable cars. Hours have been spent loading the cars on & off the transporter by my 1 & 3 year old!
2. Happyland submarine- we love the Happyland range & have built up a fair collection for Harry. Recently Freddie had started to play with it more, the bright colours, tactile pieces and durability are great for him. My Sister brought him the submarine which comes with two figures & a light up fish (that can go in the bath!) I love that both boys can play with these toys together.
3. Wilko Elliott & friends wooden ark shape sorter - when I checked this is unfortunately no longer available from Wilko but I've found a fab alternative- Melissa & Doug Noah's Ark Shape Sorter. This is one of the first toys Freddie goes to when the toy box comes out.....I think maybe because he likes to store stuff in it!! The pieces are a good size for him to handle and get into the holes.
4.Fisher price chatter telephone- A classic toy I remember having one when I was younger. They've made a come back through the Toy story films. This is a great role play and engaging toy with sounds and the eyes moved when its pulled along.
5.Leapfrog scout learn and groove music player- This great little music player has lots of activities and different styles of music to help little ones learn and explore sounds.
The activities include; alphabetical order, letter names, numbers, counting to 100, shapes & animal names and sounds. This usually cones in the car with us Freddie likes to dance around to the songs & the touch buttons keep him occupied even if he does think its a phone, holding it up to his ear saying 'hi'!
6.Wilko Elliott & Friends Pull Along Train Wooden - Another great pull along toy to help with movement & coordination. The wooden stacking puzzle like blocks have fun animal pictures in engaging colours. Wilkinson's is somewhere I never think to look for toys but after Freddie received this and the Ark I'll definitely be popping in there more often.
Are you all ready for Christmas, or do you have gifts left to buy?
If your children have any of these toys what do you think of them?
*All items were bought as gifts I received no money for this post, all opinions are my own.
